If your bin is full or you have a Customer Service request, click the BLUE My Bin is Full button to send an e-mail to our Operations Department. They'll process your request ASAP.
To use these online features, you will need your account number. If you don't know your account number, please reference it on your last Paper Retriever check. It is the 6 or 7 digit number above your organization's name. EXAMPLE
